-Monitoring and maintaining the current inventory levels, processes of purchasing
orders as required, track orders and investigate problems
-Preparing packing list on MS excel for the container loaded as per order number
-Maintaining items record, documents regarding stock and utilize reports to project
warehouse status
-Preparing daily stock report to ensure the availability of finished goods of respective
orders
-Monitoring documentation entries for receiving and dispatching of goods, assist with
entries for stock movements
-Preparing OGPs on ERP software for the shipment of containers
-Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse;
coordinating inventory transfers with related dpt

-Supervision and execution of the erection work for entire and partial cement plant facilities.

-Installation, alignment and commissioning of rotary equipment like Kiln, Cooler, Ball Mills and related machines like pumps, compressors, fans etc.

-Fabrication and erection of hopper, transition piece, supporting structures, trusses, ducting, cyclones, riser duct, kiln inlet and outlet hood etc.

-Execution of plant inspections, maintenance, revisions etc. at the site

-Inspection of delivered machines and components.

-Observance of ITP's (Inspection Test Procedures) and logging.

-Creation of daily progress report .

-Assistance with the organization and setting up of the respective construction site, including
instruction of the external staff on site and coordination of subcontractors.

- Indenting of steel and other tools-tackles.

-Responsible for equipment checking and its storage.

1 Month internship to learn the basics of thermodynamics and its practical implications

2 weeks internship with the aim to learn about how products are being tested and certified in order to meet the standards required for particular product
